Privacy Policy

How we handle your personal information.

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Add your business name, registered address and contact email, and have it reviewed before you rely on it.

Who we are

Finest Football Shirts (“we”, “us”) operates this website. You can contact us at info@finestfootballshirts.co.uk.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, contact details and delivery address, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We also collect basic technical information needed to run the site and keep it secure.

How we use your information

We use your information to take and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to enquiries, handle returns and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the shop — for example our payment provider, hosting provider and delivery carriers — and where we are required to by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us or email info@finestfootballshirts.co.uk.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes, and contact form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
